  By creating an account on TopGameServers.net, you grant us permission to send you notices, warnings, internal newsletters and website information to your email. You can unsubscribe from notices, warnings and internal newsletters at any time by contacting support.
  
  You also agree that your membership status is based on your conduct and can be revoke at any time, with or without notice.
• Age Restrictions: Some of our content may have graphic images or words that are not suitable for everyone. By using our site you acknowledge that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, you must exit our site immediately and may not use or access our services. Ages 13 to 17 must have a parent or legal guardian's permission to access or use the site. • User Restrictions: TopGameServers.net will not condone any behavior that involves the following:
  1: Uploading or promoting pornographic content.
  2: Uploading or promoting illegal content.
  3: Uploading or promoting racist content.
  4: Create, store or backup copies of server's data/asset files.
  5: Alter user rights beyond those granted to you when the server was initially set up by TopGameServers.net.
  6: Run a bot or artificial voting script.
  7: Alter the player-count of a server to abuse our ranking system.
  8: Attempt to use exploits against our website.
  9: Redirect to another game server or server ranking site without our permission.
  10: Copy another server's information to steal or trick it's player base.
  11: Abuse our voting system.
  12: Abuse our API system.
  13: Abuse our Discord server | Discord bot.
  14: Abuse our review / comment system.
  15: Spam or troll members on the site or in our Discord server.
  16: Act like a Karen when something doesn't go your way.
  17: Register more than one account using the same IP address / HWID (Hardware ID).
  18: These restrictions are subject to common sense. Trying to use loopholes to violate the spirit of these restrictions will result in a permanent ban.
  
  You also agree that TopGameServers.net is not liable for damages that you may suffer. TopGameServers.net has absolutely no control over material sent over the Internet and excludes all liability of any kind for the publication by any user of inaccurate, misleading, offensive, threatening or obscene material, or material that is in breach of the US or other applicable law.

SUPPORT

Support is provided during normal business hours (9AM-5PM Central Standard Time) and are subject to change at any time with or without notice. Any user who abuses degrades or threatens any TopGameServers.net staff will be removed permanently along with their boosted or non-boosted server(s). Support provides support for issues related to our site or services.

We do not provide support for server related issues such as server config issues, mod related issues or any game-related issues that we have no control over, tickets related to this will be closed.

VOTING & RANKING

All servers are ranked by a number. You agree to not use any kind of automated bot system, proxy servers, VPN, scripts or any other mechanism or application that could lead to an unfair higher amount of votes. If you're caught cheating the voting system we reserve the right to ban you from our website and Discord with or without notice along with any server(s) you have, boosted or non-boosted.

• Players can vote once every 12 hours or once every 8 hours if the server has the Advanced Voting Addon active.
• Votes can be cast in our Discord server or on the website but not in both places at the same time.
• Votes cast for servers with the Vote Multiplier are doubled.
• Votes cast for servers with the Boosted Votes timer active are tripled.
• Votes cast by members with the Advanced Voting + No Captcha in our Discord server are tripled. The Vote Multiplier will not double this vote.
• Server Owners may reward players who vote for their server using plugins, mods, manually or any other reward method deem appropriate by the Server Owner.

SERVER ADDONS

Server addons are features that provide Server Owners ranked Supporter or higher with unique options to help enhance their server listing. Server addons are unlocked for all Server Owners ranked Supporter or higher. Server addons do not guarantee that your server will gain new players.

We reserve the right to remove, disable, discontinue any server addon(s) on our site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Some addons have specific requirements:

• Add A Website URL Addon: When adding a website, it must begin with https:// . We reserve the right to remove any Website URL with or without notice. If a URL points to another ranking site, the server will be banned along with the Server Owner with or without notice.
• Add A Custom ServerID Addon: Custom Server ID's are case sensitive 5-20 characters long and are unique. This means no two servers can have the same Server ID. We reserve the right to remove any Server ID with or without notice. Server ID's that are spammy ( One character type or number type), harassing or offensive will be deleted and the addon will be disabled permanently without the ability re-enable it.

TRACKED SERVERS

We reserve the right to remove any server listed on our site boosted or non-boosted at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

We reserve the right to block specific countries from our tracking servers at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

No game server on the Internet is considered private unless the developer of that game has stated it's a private game. This means that games that are public or have dedicated server files provided by the developer are considered public information along with any server that is running the game. This includes game servers that are running on localhost, dedicated servers, cloud servers or home IP addresses.

REMOVAL REQUEST

If you're the current owner of a server listed on our site and you would like to have it removed from our tracking system you must follow these steps before we remove a server, there are no exceptions.

• The server must be claimed by you before requesting removal.
• Provide the exact URL link to the server you are requesting removal for.
• This will also remove it from other ranking sites that use our tracking servers

Any requests that do not follow these instructions will be closed. All server information is public knowledge provided by Steam.

CLAIMED SERVERS

Users are allowed to claim servers listed on our site by following specific claiming instructions. By claiming a server on TopGameServers.net you agree to the following.

• TopGameServers.net staff will not auto claim a server for you unless it is for clustering purposes only. You must follow the claim process each and every time you claim a server regardless of the visual evidence, order confirmations or any such material.
• Do not use TopGameServers.net in your server's title unless you're claiming a server.
• Copy another server's name in an attempt to hurt it's reputation or community status among others.
• You agree not to display or promote other ranking sites without our permission.
• You agree not to player spoof or modify your online player numbers.
• You agree not link any website that is harmful or malicious.
• You agree not to display offensive server banners.
• You agree that if you use the Custom Server ID, it relates to your server and another server.
• You agree to be contacted by a TopGameServers.net staff member via Discord or email if a member of your community is violating our Terms & Conditions. This includes users creating multiple accounts that are cast towards your server, users who harass staff, abuse our systems while being an active member of your community or if the user claims to be an admin of your server.
• You agree TopGameServers.net is not responsible for server reviews / comments left by others and we will not intervene, mediate or get involved in server conflicts regarding comment accuracy. Our company is located in USA and we do not infringe on the 1st Amendment rights of members.
• You agree to report suspicious players or other Server Owners if you suspect them of breaking our Terms & Conditions.
• You agree TopGameServers.net is not responsible for server votes left by others and we will not intervene, mediate or get involved in server conflicts. Claimed Server Owners have the option to disable voting and or delete votes if they have the add-ons unlocked.
• You agree that as the claimed Server Owner, you're responsible for the upkeep of your server's information listed on our site. We do not alter any data that we track.
• Your country flag is displayed based on your server's IP address and you do not have the option to change or alter this
• You agree that if your server is offline longer than 10 days, it will be removed without notice.
• You agree that TopGameServers.net will not restore any server data if you choose to unclaim a server.
• You agree that TopGameServers.net staff can remove your server with or without notice for any reason.

USER SUBMITTED CONTENT

By submitting content to TopGameServers.net. You agree to grant to us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license (including any moral rights or other necessary rights) to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and to create derivative works and compilations, in whole or in part. Such license will apply with respect to any form, media, technology known or later developed.

SERVER CASH™

By purchasing Server Cash™ you agree to have full permission from the cardholder to complete the payment to TopGameServers.net. Before completing a transaction with TopGameServers.net, the account holder must read and agree to these conditions.

• Server Cash™ is applied to your account instantly upon a completed transaction. Any payment via eCheck or Bank Transfer will have to clear before any Server Cash™ is added to your account.
• We reserve the right to cancel services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
• During checkout, your IP address is recorded for security purposes.
• Server Cash™ is a NON REFUNDABLE intangible virtual "item" that is used on TopGameServers.net products/features only.
• Filing a PayPal claim for any reason will result in a permanent suspension of your account and the removal of your server(s), regardless of your boosted status. Please, contact support instead.
• All sales are final and nonreversible or refundable.
• Anyone who tries to commit fraud will be reported to local law enforcement. As of today, we have reported 87 fraudulent users, 72 have been caught and charged which resulted in multiple fines which exceeded their original purchase.
• Server Cash™ earned by cashing in votes is subject to account verification at anytime with or without notice.

Members can also earn Server Cash™ by:

• Reporting bugs on the website such as typos, grammar mistakes or weird things that should happen.
• Report players or Server Owners who are breaking our Terms & Conditions.
• Being active in our Discord server.
• Voting and cashing in the votes.
• Promoting our site or Discord server on your website.
• Providing suggestions or ideas that we use to improve our site or services.
• Helping members in our Discord server if they have questions when a Staff member is offline.
• Linking TopGameServers.net on your Steam Mod page if you are a mod creator.

BOOSTED STATUS

Anyone can boost a server listed on our site whether you own it or not. When a user boost a server it's displayed on the front page of the site with a red star icon for a duration purchased or until other boosted servers bump it to the next page. Regardless of your servers rank, it will be displayed above all non-boosted servers.

Boosting a server does not guarantee it will remain on the front page or players will join your server.

Certain boosting packages add a Boosted Vote timer. Servers that have a Boosted Vote timer active, have a 3x vote multiplier added to all website votes cast for it. Votes cast from Discord will not benefit from this timer.

LIFETIME STATUS

The lifetime server status is a unique feature that grants a server boosted time that does not expire. This status is limited to 10 servers. Lifetime holders must maintain the following requirements:

• The lifetime Server Owner must login once every 9 months.
• The lifetime server must maintain at least 10 user cast votes a month. This does not include votes granted by the lifetime status position.
• The lifetime server must not go offline longer than 6 months.
• Failure to meet the lifetime requirements will result in a warning email. Failure to meet the lifetime requirements will result in lifetime status removal.

SERVER REVIEWS & COMMENTS

TopGameServers.net is not responsible for any reviews posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any comment, and are not responsible for the contents of any comment. Reviews express the views of the author of the comment, not necessarily the views of TopGameServers.net. Our company is located in USA and we do not infringe on the 1st Amendment rights of members.

In very rare cases we will remove objectionable reviews if we determine removal is necessary. Do not open a support ticket asking us to get involved in server drama.

DISCORD SERVER

By joining our Discord server, you agree to all of the following Terms & Conditions listed on this page along with any rules that can be viewed in our Discord server. As a member of our Discord server, you are responsible for reading each and every channel you interact in. To gain access to our Discord server, you must follow specific instructions provided. You also agree to the following:

• TopGameServers.net staff will not auto claim a servers. You must follow the claim process each and every time you claim a server regardless of the visual evidence, order confirmations or any such material.
• You agree not to use more than one Discord username to cast votes from our Discord server.
• You are not allowed to post any other ranking site links in our Discord server.
• You agree that using the Discord voting channel requires you to fully read and complete a captcha unless you have purchased Discord perks that disable this requirement. Failure to complete the captcha will result in you losing Discord voting access until you regain it.
• You agree not to display or promote other ranking sites without our permission.
• You agree not to post anything that is considered server drama in our Discord server.
• You agree to post content related the the channel category in the respected channel.
• You agree that your access to our Discord server is based on your conduct and you can lose access with or without reason.
• You agree to not use any kind of automated bot system, proxy servers, VPN, scripts or any other mechanism to cast votes on your behalf.
• You agree that using our Discord regardless of your Discord perks, you are subject to a random captcha. Failure to complete that captha will result in you being kicked.

Violating any rules set forth in these Terms & Conditions or in our Discord server may result in a ban with or without notice.

HOSTING PARTNERS

TopGameServers.net does vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any hosting partner we list on our site, and we are not responsible for the contents of their site or services. We try to partner with only respected and trusted server hosting partners and we do our due diligence when making partnerships.

If you're a hosting provider and would like to be considered for a partnership, please contact us on Discord. If you do not have a link to our site in your control panel that provides some sort of analytic data for us to view on our end, we will not consider you.
